Instructions For Authors

Author guideline:

The journal well-come submission of article s in all areas and related to all field. Manuscript must be in English, Hindi or Marathi prepared on A4 size paper- setting. Authors are instructed to follow the instruction strictly otherwise their articles will not be accepted for publication. Editor-in-chief is requesting to all authors and researchers check the guidelines before submitting the articles.

Submission of Manuscript:

All manuscripts should be submitted electronically as attachment to the following E-mail: editorsimrj@gmail.com or mr_bongale@rediffmail.com . Text must be prepared in MS-Word software.

Preparation of Manuscripts:

The manuscript should be prepared in English using “MS Word” with 2cm margin on all sides (Top, Bottom, Left and Right side) of the page. “Times New Roman” font should be used. The font size should be of 12pt but main subheadings may be of 14pt. All research article should be typed double spaced and should have the following sections: Title page, Abstract, Key words, Introduction, Materials and methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement (if any) and References.For Hindi and Marathi use kruti dev 10 or 55 (Font size 14)

Format of Manuscript:

Title page

Title page should contain title of the paper that should be specific and informative in bold face title case (font size 14), names of the authors in normal face, upper case (font size 12) followed by the address(es) in normal face lower case. An asterisk (*) must be placed after the corresponding authors name as superscript whose email id, fax, telephone number can be given at the bottom left corner of the title. Corresponding author has the responsibility to ensure that all co authors are aware and approve the contents of the submitted manuscript.

Abstract:

Abstract should be brief, informative and completely self-explanatory with salient points and important conclusion. The abstract should be in 100 to 200 words without references.

Key words:

Authors must give 5to 6 keywords which can identify the most important subject covered by the article. The manuscript should include a brief introduction stating the purpose of the investigation and relating the manuscript to similar previous research.

Tables:

Tables also have vital role in making up research paper. Significant , thing is that tables occupies a minimum space and provide maximum information. Table includes heading and footnotes one precious. Is too take and that is tables should be on different pages it is also communicative for exchange of data and facts.

Figures:

Figures play an important role in research paper because figures are more communicative than words. Figures express so many ideas and concept in limited space. Diagrams graphs, photo graphs can be in culled figures. Some time it include no. graphs photo is also one important parts of fingers. On the basic of resolution, caitiff japes or ppt .include drawing of figures should be in black ink.


Important Note:

MS should not contain more than 10 type written pages consisting of figures, tables and references.

Short communication:

Short communications contains maximum of two figures and one table in 4-5 pages.

Case study:

This in one of the fundamental type of manuscript is focuses on various cases and it should not contain more than six to eight type written pages. It mainly consists of abstract, keywords, figures, tables, chart, and reference.

Acknowledgement:

Acknowledgement section can be kept at the end of the manuscript. It should be put at the end before reference and should be meaningful and selective.

Conflict of Interest Statement

All authors must declare financial/commercial conflicts of interest. Even if there is none, this should be stated in a separate paragraph following on from the acknowledgements section. This is a mandatory requirement for all articles.

References:

Reference list should be in alphabetical order in the last names of the first author. Reference should be selective and current basics. The reference number should follow the following format.

Permission:

Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers. Any material received without such evidence will be assumed to originate from the authors.

Copyright transfer:

Submission of the manuscript represent that the manuscript has not been published previously and is not considered for publication elsewhere. If and when the research article is accepted for publication, it is necessary duty of the author(s) to transfer copyright to the publisher.

Publication Frequency:

The Sanskruti International Multidisciplinary Research Journal (SIMRJ) is published Quarterly.

Open Access Policy

The Sanskruti International Multidisciplinary Research Journal (SIMRJ) is an open access journal. It does not charge readers or their institutions for access. Our users have permission to read, download, copy, print, search, or link to the full texts of its contents.

Publishing Charges:

As SIMRJ is an open access journal and if the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors has to pay Rs. 1000/- for Indian authors and for foreign authors US dollars 30 or Euro 50 per author towards processing, publishing and electronic prints and this may be intimated within one week from the date of manuscript submission. The modes of fee payment will also be intimated in the acceptance email letter.

Note: The original receipt should be kept with you as proof of payment to SIMRJ and should be sent scanned copy of duly filled receipt by email to the editor-in-chief.

How to Pay Publication Fees:

Review Process:

Each research article submitted to the journal is subject to the following review process:
1) The review process may take 20/25 days.
2) The article passed through screening at this level will be forwarded to two referees for blind peer review.
3) Each research paper will be initially evaluated by the editor to check the quality of the research article for the journal.

Publication Policy:

The journal employs peer review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Every proposal submitted for publication is read at least by an editor, for an initial review. If the paper agrees with editorial policies and with a minimum quality level, is sent to two reviewers. The reviewers won't know the author's identity, as any identifying information will be stripped from the document before review.

Reviewer's comments to the editors are confidential and before passing on to the author will made anonymous. Based on the reviewers' comments, the Editorial Board makes a final decision on the acceptability of the manuscript, and communicates to the authors the decision, along with referees' reports. Whether significant revisions are proposed, acceptance is dependent on whether the author can deal with those satisfactorily.

There is a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism in our journal. Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism before, during, and after publication, and if found they will be rejected at any stage of processing.

Instructions to Reviewer:

Criteria for Reviewing: Reviewers could judge any manuscript on the basis of following criteria:
Format of the Article: Any major divergence from the standard manuscript format should be indicated.
Technical Presentation: The research article should be technically presented instead of being presented as a story. Mere repetition of past work should not be accepted. You can look for conceptual advancement over previously published work. Any major omission of the previously published findings on the similar problem must be checked.
Interpretation of Result: The discussion should hover around the result and should not include irrelevant and unachievable statement.
Statistical Presentation: Proper statistics should be applied over the data wherever found necessary.
Plagiarism of Data: Data showing any type of suspicion, duplication and manipulation must be brought to the notice of the author(s).
Summary: Pin point the strength and weakness of the article considering potential importance of the work in the context of present and future.
